Why does Anime in English Dub on Cartoon Network and Adult Swim suck?

A.) Because the English voices are bad.
B.) Because the English subtitles are different in Japanese version.
C.) Both.

I think C,
because yes the voices are bad,
and in the japanese versions they swear more.
But in Dub they barely even try.

Also cause original versions are always better.
